Qasr shirin Free Trade Zone will be realized

Nechirovan Barzani, Prime Minister of the Kurdistan Region, announced the opening of a free trade area on the border of ParvizKhan and the transformation of informal borders into international borders.

The conference on the development of trade relations between Iran and Iraq in Erbil, the Kurdistan Regional Center, attended by the Minister of Industry, Mine and Trade of the Islamic Republic of Iran, the governors of Tehran and the West Azerbaijan, and the representative of Piranshahr and Sardasht, and the presence of the Minister of Mines and Trade of Iraq Top officials of the Kurdistan Region were held.

In the ceremony, which was held to strengthen trade relations between Iran and Iraq, in particular the Kurdistan region, Nechiravan Barzani, Prime Minister of the Kurdistan Region, announced the opening of a free trade zone on the border of ParvizKhan and said: "We will strive for a number of unofficial passages between the Kurdistan Region And to turn the Islamic Republic of Iran to international borders.
He added that trade exchanges between Iran and the Kurdistan region range from six to six billion dollars a year, most of which is related to the import of Kurdistan from Iran.

The prime minister of the Kurdistan Region continued to emphasize the importance of the trade relations between Iran and Iraq, and said that now more than 135 Iranian manufacturing workshops are operating in the Kurdish climate.

He called on Iranian and Iraqi businessmen to work on expanding their trade ties and said: As the government of Iraq and the Kurdish regional government, we pledge to support Iranian investors and producers in the region.
